So, we're getting the news around that Bryan passed his personality test in order to work at Best Buy. It has taken 5 tries and 2 1/2 months to get it but now he has also taken the drug test and will start training and then working!
What exactly is this personality test all about. I can't help think of someone adjusting their personality to work at the electronics store. I bet it is nice to have a job though.
It is supposed to be like a first interview but the store personel don't get to review it. The software is programmed to look for certain things and if you don't get the questions right the store can't download your information. It left me kind of confused but we are exited for him to start working.
